This means that the class with the best attendance this half term is Year 4 and they will be choosing a special whole class treat eg extra art, extra games etc.

 

There has been an outbreak of chicken pox in Reception class which has had an effect on attendance in that class.  Please bear in mind that in order to achieve the annual target of 97% (and thus optimise progress in learning) a child can only afford to miss five days in an academic year. This is one of the main reasons that we actively discourage parents from taking holidays in term time.
